In the cup we taste dark chocolate, hazelnut and caramel. We roast this coffee medium-dark to keep those flavours clear.
We blend a natural Brazil for body and chocolate with a washed Colombia for sweetness and a little brightness.

How to brew it
We roast it for espresso and milk drinks. Start with 18 g in and 36 to 40 g out in 26 to 30 seconds, then adjust the grind to taste. It also works well in a moka pot.
We roast on Tuesdays and Fridays and ship within 48 hours, so your coffee is usually less than a week from the roaster when it arrives. It tastes best between one and five weeks after roasting.

Good balance of sweetness and acidity. I grind it a little finer than usual.

Lovely coffee, a bit too bright for me as espresso but excellent in the AeroPress.

Arrived three days after roasting and the bag was still puffed up. Great as filter.

Exactly the notes on the bag. Very sweet as a V60 and still good when it cooled down.

Ordered it ground for French press and it was spot on. Will reorder.
