When do you roast?
Every Tuesday and Friday. Orders placed by Monday evening leave on Tuesday, and orders placed by Thursday evening leave on Friday.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping within the US costs $5.99 and is free on orders over $50. Most orders arrive in two to five business days. International shipping is a flat $19.99.
Which grind should I choose?
Whole bean keeps longest. If you do not have a grinder, choose espresso for espresso machines and moka pots, filter for pour-over and drip, and French press for immersion brewers and cold brew.
How should I store coffee?
In an airtight container away from light and heat. Do not keep it in the fridge. Our bags have a one-way valve and a zip, so they work well on their own.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is the only payment method. You pay the courier in cash or by card when the parcel arrives.
Can I return gear?
Unused brewing gear in its original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Coffee cannot be returned once opened, but if something is wrong with a bag, write to us and we will fix it.
